Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic Director of Clinical Services to lead and oversee outpatient mental
health services within our nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. This
pivotal role requires a passionate leader with expertise in mental health to oversee an experienced staff of
clinicians in a busy office. The Director will ensure timely responses to inquiries, uphold compliance with
healthcare regulations such as DMHAS and HIPAA, and foster a collaborative environment. If you thrive in a

Duties
– Supervise staff/programs delivering outpatient mental health services to promote excellence in client care
and staff development.
-Oversee the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to ensure accurate documentation review, records
management, and compliance with DMHAS and HIPAA policies and procedures.
– Direct, supervise and coordinate student intern program.
– Provide mental health services to clients.
– Supervise Monroe office site.
– Monitor therapist staffing assignments and client waiting list.
– Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other federal/state healthcare policies while
maintaining high standards of care and safety.
– Participate in budget planning related to clinical services, resource allocation, and staffing to optimize
operational efficiency.
– Provide education services to community partners.
– Lead quality assurance initiatives by reviewing documentation and records, and implementing
improvements based on data analysis.

Skills
– Proven experience in mental health care settings including insurance submissions.
– Demonstrated management skills with supervisory experience in mental health.
– Proficiency in EMR systems along with a solid understanding of medical terminology, documentation
review processes, and medical records management.
– Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills; capable of fostering teamwork
and motivation.
– Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and Medicare policies; adept at
navigating complex regulatory environments.
– Eagerness to grow agency program by adding services and/or sites for delivery of mental health services.

Qualifications
– LCSW and Clinical Supervision Certification required.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Comfortable with computer databases and programs.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks.
– Comfortable working on a team or independently.

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our nonprofit. You
will take charge of all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Your expertise will be essential in maintaining financial records and supporting our financial operations.
What you’ll do
Input all financial transactions:
– Cash Collections: record all bank deposits into the general ledger system.
– Cash Disbursements: code and enter vendor invoices and pay on a timely basis.
– Grant Management: match invoices to client timesheets from vendors.
– Payroll: receive and enter employee timesheets into the payroll system.
– Benefits: track employee benefits and payroll deductions.
– Banking: review checking account statements; reconcile bank statements monthly.
– Budgeting: work with controller to prepare and monitor annual agency and grant budgets.
– Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits to ensure compliance.
Basic qualifications
– Experience as full charge bookkeeper; nonprofit experience preferred.
– Proficient in MS Excel; Fund EZ experience a plus.
– Excellent communication skills, work ethic and attention to detail.
– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

JFS Middlesex seeks a part-time drivers to provide transportation via JFS vehicles for JFS senior adult clients.

Responsibilities:

Transport JFS senior clients to and from agency programs, medical appointments, and assist with meals on wheels delivery

  • Maintain daily vehicle log sheets (client trip manifest, maintenance checklist)
  • Perform daily vehicle pre/post trip inspections
  • Monitor client activities and functioning while transporting
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Program Coordinators
  • Bring vehicles to repair shop for maintenance, repairs, gas and/or to car wash
  • Attend training as required
  • Clean driving record required (background checks performed)

JFS is seeking energetic, motivated clinicians to join our supportive multidisciplinary team providing counseling for children through senior adults; individual and family therapy.  Full-time and part-time positions available.

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to deliver high-quality client care.
  • Experience in mental health or hospital social work.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Credentialing with insurance companies (willing to provide opportunity for insurance credentialing to right candidates).
